We made a phenomenal stew and on top of that made two batches of spicy chocolate cookies.

Yoga and Pizza Night

You know what’s better than doing yoga? Doing yoga and knowing that a pizza is awaiting after the workout. Now, my friends and I weren’t doing easy-breezy yoga, but instead P90X yoga.
Using the Veganomicon as the holy grail of vegan cooking, we put together Chile-Chocolate Mole with Mexican Millet as our main dish. On the side we had a home grown salad. Both were amazing.

We had a few people over to enjoy the passover seder. There were three vegan meals and everything tasted ever sooooo good.
