We had a lot of fun in Rome, but it was time to hit the beach and enjoy Cassis.
Many months earlier, we decided we should get a multi-night stay in a town so that we can relax, and enjoy the summer. Cassis seemed like agood fit, so we flew from Rome to Nice, and then took a rental west. The town was pretty packed with tourist, but we had a good time exploring around, looking at the calanques, taking in the history, and having some amazing food.
