Epic Dinner: Mac & Shews

This evening we made an amazing two piece meal.

First we made the Mac & Shews from the Post Punk Kitchen. This is basically a vegan version of mac and cheese, but much more amazing. Then we made an amazing Fennel and Orange slices salad from the Smitten Kitchen. Needless to say, it was amazing as well.
