After spending Xmas in Tallahassee, FL, New Years in Asheville, NC, it was only obvious we should swing by Miami, FL for some nice weather. It was beautiful out there, however, when we flew back to Atlanta a snowmageddon started.

Bienvenido a Miami

For a little vacation, we went down to Miami. It was a bit chilly, but we had a great time. For New Year’s we hung out in North Miami and then the next day we went to see a horse race. For dinner we dined at a delicious Italian restaurant on Miami Beach.
Thanksgiving in Florida

We had a great time hanging out on the beach for Thanksgiving. The weather was not bad and it was pretty nice to get away from Atlanta for a little bit. Did I mention we had Tofurkey?
