Instead of putting up a bunch of post, I though I’d summarize some of my favorite eats of this month. So far we had the following:
- CSA-centric meal that was 80% made from the food we got from our CSA
- Tofu Salad that was simply amazing
- Portabella Mushroom Salad with marinated mushrooms was mouth watering
