For our second night in Florence, we took a bus outside the city to a little place called Fiesole. The little town is on a hill and overlooks Florence. We climbed a very steep hill and were awarded with an spectacular view. While up there, we splurged on a fancy dinner, watched the sunset, and hung out to see the city at night.

Florance, Italy

We left Pisa in the afternoon and barely made it to Florence given our sleep deprecation. After taking a much needed nap, we went to explore for a little bit. The next day we went to the Uffizi Museum and saw a bit more of Florance. Unfortunately we did a lot of walking and it was ridiculously hot. Lucky for us, our hostel was pretty nice.

Early morning flight to Pisa, Italy was not the best idea, but we had a very fun, and sleep deprived day. We took a cab ride to the train station, left our luggage, and then went to see what this Pisa town is all about. Luckily, we got there before the hordes of tourist arrived and had a pleasant day taking pictures of that silly tower.

After ten long years I made my way back to Europe. I met up with Mon and we started the much awaited EuroTrip. We spent the first two days in Paris and then headed over to Pisa, Italy. While in Paris, we explored the city, went to the Louvre, Montmartre, and a few other places. I brought my 20D and my 17-40mm f/4.0 USM lens to capture my trip abroad. Here are the pictures from the first two days:
