Last Day in Paris

For our last day in Paris, we went all out. In the morning we originally tried to go to the Catacombs. Unfortunately, they were closed. We wondered over to the Academy of Beer and spent some quality time people watching and drinking delicious Belgians. After that, we went shopping at Saint-Germain-des-Prés followed by a climb atop the Eiffel tower. We finished the day by a visit to the Musée d’Orsay and Will’s wine bar. On the way back home we went by the Lover’s Bridge. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring a lock. Perhaps next year…

More Walking and More Museums

Today we did more sleeping in and walking. This time we went to the Christmas Market and the Louvre. It was definitely an interesting experience going back to the museum when you know what to expect and checking out different wings that we have not had a chance to look through. Later that night we went back to Montmartre to snap a few pictures.
