Exploring Freedom Parkway and Reynoldstown

My friend and I went exploring today. We found that the graffiti under Freedom Parkway is not good as it used to be. We also noticed that a lot of places around Reynoldstown have been butchered by kids. I wonder where the hot spot for good graffiti is any more?

Decatur Water Works

I went by Decatur Water Works which is a part of Mason Mill Park. Its very cool how a teenage refuge back in my high school days is now a prominent place for graffiti artists. On the way there I saw a few joggers and walkers admire the works on the crumbled buildings.
