Tardy Thanksgiving

We missed Thanksgiving this year by being out of the country, getting engaged, and all that. To make up for it, we made a mad delicious vegan friendly thanksgiving meal today. We also dressed Monica’s cats for our first holiday card.
Mon surprised me with this amazing vegan goat cheese made out of cashews. It was fantabulously delicious. The goat cheese recipe can be found here.
Vegan Tomto Tart
